Unable to connect to emby server outside home network

I am unable to connect to emby server outside home network. 

Server is on and even when I am trying to connect inside home using mobile data, I am not able to connect.

I have tried to ping 86.x.x.x and it's also failing. 

Please help me.

Have you configured your router for port forwarding the required ports?

What issues are you having as the Emby port is open on the ip and your logging page is accessible.

Thanks to all for your reply. I added the port in port forwarding of my virgin router and issue resolved.
