cjb 0
Hi, Using Emby theater for Windows in Samsung tv via the TV browser; we can no longer control the display. With the latest version of Theater if you are using a pointer or mouse or keyboard mouse, the mouse cannot be controlled, it scrolls to either the bottom or top of the web page. You cannot get it to stop somewhere in the middle. It looks like if the mouse driver cannot move the mouse from one line of shows to the next line of displayed shows. As you carefully move to the bottom of the first row of shows icons it automatically jumps to the bottom of the page not scrolling to the next line of shows. The mouse scrolls correctly from left to right but not up/down. Also tried choosing the navigation letters but again it only shows, for example, the first line of shows starting with the letter M but you cannot get to the second row of shows starting with the letter M. I tried it on a PC and it works fine without any issues but in the samsung web browser the mouse cannot be controlled. Any thoughts on how to fix this since we never had the issue until the last update version 4.4.0.40 Thanks

Luke 37133
Can we look at an example? Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks ! Also, why not use the Samsung app?
SixDub84 1
I am now having this same issue. as soon as I try to click on anything it takes me to the bottom of the page. I tried with chrome, edge, & internet explorer. I know it's not a hardware issue because my emby server is the only thing affected by this

SixDub84 1
Not sure if a fix was found but, I figured out that if I disconnect my steering wheel from my PC the problem was fixed
