senritsu 0
Having had a few problems getting started with building and testing a plugin, i would like to contribute to the relevant sections of the plugin development wiki pages (specifically How to build a Server Plugin). Is there a way of doing that? Issues are disabled in the repo, as is (kind of obviously) public access. Pull requests don't exist for GitHub wikis either. What is the preferred way of doing this? Luke 37097
hi there @@senritsu, thanks for the offer ! Currently we don't have a process for this because as you noted, there are no pull requests on wikis. So we'll have to figure this out. What did you want to help with? senritsu 0
Disregarding some minor changes i mostly rewrote the section about post-build scripts, current docs have the folder for what seems to be an older versions of Emby. When i was done i remembered that wikis on GitHub don't have pull request and facepalmed. In general, if time allows for further experimentation, i was planning on looking at the Anime plugin for a bit. If possible i would have updated the docs after i figured out stuff, to share my learnings with future explorers, since the docs right now are a bit lacking. Not that i blame anyone, at my day job documentation for most of the projects might as well be a unicorn, judging by how often i have seen some.
