Imposible instalar

As much as I try to run the NAS with emby I am not able.

 

The server was put into operation, and I was doing it completely correctly, in another house and when I brought it to mine, the problems started. At first it was simply that I did not update the metadata, until I discovered that what happens to it is that it has no internet connection.

Then I discovered that the ip was constantly changing, which I solved by leaving the fixed ip to the server.

But it goes very slowly, everything it does costs an eternity. Until you access the files.

 

In the end I decided to uninstall the server and reinstall it, to see if having done it in another address I failed because of that, but my surprise has come when now it doesn't let me reinstall emby

 

I go into configuration - origins of the package and I put the address of emby but it stays fried. does nothing. In the end I update the page and it is assumed that you already have it. Of course, if I try to agree to see what it has, it keeps charging indefinitely.

 

Then I go to community and there is the package. I give it to install and up there. I get the poster of 

Operation failed (and there is no way to install it)

 

apart from the fact that every time I try to access the server address it gives me a lot of can, I usually have to try several times to access it.

 

could someone please help me or redirect me to a forum that can help me. I'm going crazy!

The nas is a DS418 synology.

Mi compañía es Digi. y al ejecutar el ez-internet me sale esta imagen.

@@Luke yes, I will try to help @@Begoseal. But I think we have to start from scratch and this has nothing to do with Emby at all.

 

EZ-Internet is a wizard within DSM that is designed to help inexperienced users configure the IP of DiskStation and port forwarding. Most likely, the router is not supported and therefore simply cannot be set up.

 

@@Begoseal, you do not need to use EZ-Internet.

Please follow my sample image and insert this data (I typed the data based on your screenshot):

 

 

After that, you should be able to get internet with your DiskStation.
