chef 3746
Hi bkh, Do you mean that some of your libraries are saving metadata (images) in folders but some libraries are not? Edited December 13, 2019 by chef

chef 3746
Great could you explain a little more about what you are experiencing and how it is different from what you expect to experience? Edited December 13, 2019 by chef
bkh 5
Here is the screenshot of the result from Bravo Hits 14. Only the folder.ext will be imported to the database. The other ones won't. a (very) simple algorithm Music Images if found folder.ext or {name}-poster.ext in directory put to database same for the others as described in the wiki Image Type Supported file names Primary folder.ext poster.ext cover.ext default.ext Art clearart.ext Backdrop backdrop.ext, backdropX.ext fanart.ext, fanart-X.ext background.ext, background-X.ext art.ext, art-X.ext extrafanart (subfolder)/fanartX.ext Banner banner.ext Disc disc.ext + disc1, disc2, ... discn cdart.ext Logo logo.ext Thumb thumb.ext landscape.ext Box box.ext Video imagesnearly the same Image Type Supported file names Primary {name}.ext {name}-poster.ext {name}-cover.ext {name}-default.ext {name}-movie.ext folder.ext poster.ext cover.ext default.ext movie.ext Art {name}-clearart.ext clearart.ext Backdrop backdrop.ext, backdropX.ext fanart.ext, fanart-X.ext background.ext, background-X.ext art.ext, art-X.ext extrafanart (subfolder)/fanartX.ext Banner {name}-banner.ext banner.ext Disc {name}-disc.ext {name}-cdart.ext disc.ext cdart.ext Logo {name}-logo.ext logo.ext Thumb {name}-thumb.ext {name}-landscape.ext thumb.ext landscape.ext Box {name}-box.ext box.ext
Happy2Play 8304
Do to the naming of the images in that folder only Folder/Cover.ext are recognized as Primary image and folder will have priority over cover. https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/Music-naming#music-images I still don't understand the question here though. Are you asking for additional image naming schemes?
bkh 5
Nope, except box.ext it is the same scheme as described in wiki. But, only poster/folder/logo (thumbs sometimes) is automatically put into database of album/movie etc. The other pics will be ignored and has to been added by 'Edit Images'. For about 15000 albums it will be a hard work. THX
Happy2Play 8304
Multiple disc naming is not supported only disc.ext. I don't see anywhere "inlay.ext, backin.ext) images are supported, at least in that naming scheme. Box (rear) is back.ext But it would appear undocumented back.ext, box.ext, menu.ext does work. bkh 5
Sure, you are right. It will be supported, but only manually not automatically. In the most directories there is minimum on file back.ext and none of it will put automatically into the database. My wish is to put theme automatically, not the support as itself.
