4fred 2 Posted December 2, 2019 Share Posted December 2, 2019 Hello! I've been using Emby for some time. Just moved so went to IPTV from Cable. Before I did not use Emby for Live TV but I do now. In my subscription (bundled with my broadband subscription) I get more than 150 channels, most of them are crap I never watch but there are like 20-30 I do sometimes watch, not really me but GF.. anyway. Setup if the server was really simple and greate, just add the m3u path and xml path and everything just worked, simples! But selecting and configuring a client seem a bit harder... I used to have Kodi as a front-end and Tvheadend as back-end, GF enjoyed just hitting Guide button on remote and brows for what was on and just switch channel that way. I tried Emby for Android TV (I got two Shileds) and that was not as simple. So I tried adding some favorites and figured that would greatly simply things but not really... So anyway, what is the simplest client to use mainly for Live TV? How can I sort the channels in a simple way and blah blah blah... yeah I'm kind of new to this so any useful info is helpful Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
