Question about TVHeadend Plugin

Hello, i have tried to set up tvheadend with emby, i can get the m3u method to work, but for my setup i really would like to just have tvheadend handle the recording duty.

 

i set up the plugin and everything works but i am constantly missing 2 main channels, tvheadend 4.3.1855.

If i point to a older ri pi3 tvheadend 4.3 1288 i get all channels, i am unable to find a difference in my setup. does anyone have a suggestion? 

I can not find anything in the user or the specific channels, and all other non emby clients see all channels.

OK, so i tried removing reinstalling the plugin for hours, clicked every check box i could find, finally looked at emby server log (duhh)

 

found a reference for both channels about service tag being invalid, no idea why, I went to tvheadend and under service for both channels i forced override to hd tv saved, then went back and did the remove restart reinstall restart, refresh guide data and BINGO, 

 

hope it helps someone, other than that both the m3u and plugin work great, the m3u with emby guide data is best, i just want for now to have tvheadend manage recordings...

Thanks for the feedback. Yes you'll have a much easier time by importing the m3u directly without using the plugin.
