Problem With My D: Drive

I'm not sure what the problem is. But the thumbnail image extraction process keeps failing on my system. I get no chapter images for shows. Attached is a log.

Looks like a problem with your D: drive.

Yes indeed. I use it just for cache and transcoding. I reformatted it and all is working. Ill keep an eye on it. Thanks for the quick response as always.
