Q-Droid 670
How many are you converting? If multiples and one gets stuck during copy the whole thing stops.

Q-Droid 670
Well, since I can't see exactly what you have I will tell you what I do when they're stuck. If you have the same issue: 1. Stop the Cloud & Folder Sync scheduled task. It doesn't really stop it cuz it's stuck. 2. Delete the stuck download from the queue. 3. Restart Emby. Luke says there's a fix for this in the next release.

Luke 37254
There is a fix for the task getting stuck, but the only way to tell that it's stuck is to try and stop it, and then it stays in a stopping state until you restart the server. If it's able to stop gracefully, then it's not actually stuck, it's just taking longer than you'd like and causing you to think that it's stuck.
