cm-mojo 1
Hi all - i'm trying to install EMBY Server on my 916+. i had it installed for about a day and then all of a sudden the Package would start and then instantly stop again. So I uninstalled Emby and tried to reinstall the package, but now although the package installs and shows as installed, it sits on 'GETTING STATUS' and I never get a Package Installed Successfully notification. If I reboot the NAS then the package doesn't appear to be installed. I'm just trying to find out where I can at least see the logs being generated during installation so I can try and troubleshoot whats going on. FrostByte 5052
logs should be created here /var/packages/EmbyServer/target/var/logs
cm-mojo 1
that directory is not being created - making me think that the package installation isn't really happening - are there other logs?
cm-mojo 1
infact when i hit install it say 0% and then instantly goes to Getting Status, so i'm not even convinceed its trying to download the package - could the package be cached somewhere that i need to delete in order to force it to download again? Solution cm-mojo 1 Posted November 3, 2019 Author Solution Share Posted November 3, 2019 Hi, no I came to the conclusion there was something wrong with the repository, as it wasn't downloading properly. I waited a week and tried again and it came down correctly. It seems to be running nicely now.

cm-mojo 1
Hi Luke - I'm trying to update to the latest EMBY Synology version 4.3.0.30-1 and I'm seeing the same behaviour - I hit update, it says updating, but when I come back to it a few mins later, the package just shows RUNNING and it hasn't been upgraded at all - any ideas where I can look at the logs to see whats going on? The Emby Server logs don't show anything so I'm suspecting maybe an issue with the package?
