BillyBob1 1 Posted October 7, 2019 Share Posted October 7, 2019 When I turned on my app yesterday both on my Nvidia Shield and Fire TV 2 I not longer had My "Live TV" sections on the home screen where I could select Guide. I checked both my Android app on my phone and windows pc both of them sill had it. I first thing I checked was home screen setting in both the shield and AFTV, they both still showed Live TV as my second choice after My Media how ever as you can see in the pic it does not show. Another issue I have is when I go into live tv and pull up the guide it is not loading all the guide info. Here is everything I have done to try to resolve this in order. No of it worked. Force Close app and clear cache uninstall and reinstall the app reboot emby server run refresh guild program on emby Check that HD Homerun is working (all stations play but guide data is not showing only on Shield and AFTV) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ebr 14925 Posted October 7, 2019 Share Posted October 7, 2019 And that is with the same user logged in? Wait a sec... Notice the "On Now" row is empty in your mobile shot there...? Same problem. That was one of the processes I did yesterday when I stared have the problem. I also rebooted my he homerun. I have included a shot from my Android phone app at the same position von the guid. You can see I have guide data. BillyBob1 1 Posted October 8, 2019 Author Share Posted October 8, 2019 (edited) This Morning I tried some additional trouble shooting to not avail I Deleted both Emby Guide and HD Homerun from my server and rebooted it. added HD Homerun and emby guide back to my server and rebooted. Nothing changed. Just for clarification: My server is local running the official Emby Docker on my Unraid server. I am to only user registered on the server. My server is not set up to be accessed outside on my LAN. I have attached server log right after restarting my docker. Unfortunately, your database appears to be corrupted and the only thing you may be able to do is start fresh or delete the db files and let them rebuild. How or where would I delete the db files also I do have emby backups. can I just restore from a point before this problem happen?
