Emby Connects To Server, But Doesn't Load Content

Good morning everyone. I had Emby working flawlessly for the past few months until last weekend. For some reason it suddenly couldn't connect to server (I found out my IP address changed and have since fixed that). But now there is another issue and it logs into my account on the Fire TV app. Then it loads the different sections on my account (Movies, TV), but it has just a square (where the movie/TV show typically would be) with a loading circle in it infinitely with "Loading..." below it.  I've been trying to find solutions for this for a good portion of the morning as well. Any help would be appreciated!

remove and re-add the server on your fire stick.

I have done that several times.

 

Hi.  What version is your server and Fire app?

 

My server is the most updated version, I just reinstalled it off of Emby's website because it was having that problem. I will check the Fire app when I get home, but I did the same thing so they should be up to date.

Where is your server installed?  Is this on a local network or remote one?

 

What happens if you connect to the same user using the web app?

It is installed on my computer in the same room and on the same network. If I use the web app on my computer, I can watch things just fine. I can't on the Fire TV nor my phone. My phone doesn't work from a remote network/data either.
