CBers 6771
Blue Spinning Wheel on the TV? Are you waiting for the Mb3 page to be displayed on the TV before you press play in the Android app? Check the logs on the server and see if there is a transcoded log file. Might be worth posting it and the corresponding server log.

jimwhat 1
Had the same problem. Just follow these steps: The first couple of steps seem obvious, but just do them to make ensure that everything works 1. Go to your Chromecast App and make sure that your phone can see your Chromecast 2. Open the Media Browser (MB) Android app 3. Connect to your Media Server IP *Do not skip any of these next steps* 4. Click the Settings button on the top of the app 5. Under "Media Server" click on the name of your MB server. 6. Once you see the page that lists your MB Server and it says "connected", Press and Hold Down on the name of your MB Server. A box should pop-up that says "Edit" and "Delete". 7. Choose the Edit option. 8. On the next screen you'll see 2 fields that say "Internal Address and External Address". One of the should be blank. Copy your MB Server address into the blank field. Both the Internal and External fields should have the same Address. 9. Now hit OK to save your settings and restart the MB Android app (just to be safe). After that try playing a video and sending it to your Chromecast. It'll take a couple of seconds to buffer, but then it should work. Quality on my chromecast has been a bit iffy for some reason, but good luck

Redshirt 1487
If he's playing a soundcloud file, he's not doing it with the Android client. So either the server log isn't from an Android session, or the attempt is being made from the web browser. I can't help without the correct server/client logs. Redshirt 1487
you may need to download a file manager to get them. Such as ES File Explorer. They'll be in sdcard\MB3AndroidData\Logs. I'd delete all the existing ones before you run your test again. Just to make sure you grab the right one.
