But the web gui on pc no longer allows my HD Homerun for live tv. Just gives a banner in that area say- Live TV requires an active Emby Premiere subscriptionAnd I am a premier subscriber.... It must have been around the last freenas server plugin update this happened. Cant be sure because it still works on my devices where it says active lifetime membership.. UCM_1 10 Posted February 25, 2020 Share Posted February 25, 2020 I've found that not only does the emby server need to have access to emby.media (and related sites) to verify the subscription key, which makes sense, the client devices also need access for some reason. So you can't watch live TV from a device that doesn't have internet access, even if you have direct/local access to your emby server from that device.
