CChris 58 Posted August 21, 2019 Share Posted August 21, 2019 Hi all,I've just tried to re-create my autoBoxSet collections (due to the issue I've had in the other post with a missing movie)... Step 1) uninstalled AutoBoxSet plugin Step 2) removed "collections" library from the Libraries Step 3) restarted emby Step 4) reinstalled AutoBoxSet plugin Step 5) refresh AutoBoxSet in the plugin options After opening the collections library in emby, this was the result: As you can see, a lot of Box Sets are now duplicated - but, not all - several box sets appears only once,while several others have been duplicated. But some questions came Up: 1) when I delete the Plugin why not removing the collections, that the Plugin has created? 2) why can't the Plugin recognize the collections in the DB? (Based on the Name) 3) why hasn't the plugin created duplicates for all collections? 4) at least, when I remove the collections library, I would expect, that my collections should be deleted from the DB... Happy2Play 8282 Posted August 21, 2019 Share Posted August 21, 2019 There is no difference for a Collection the plugin makes and a Collection you make via the UI. So you can not just nuke collection if some uninstall the plugin. I guess on question would be, do your duplicate collections have the same path? I've Just created a Backup and generated a nee DB File to geht rid of the duplicates. I will try to reproduce this again.
