Luke 37068
Did you restart the server?
imzaynal 0
no restart option in Android server... just shutdown and started again... no change
Luke 37068
What this means is that the server is not getting authorization to use that port on your device, and therefore it's automatically switching back to default. In all honestly, we haven't tested changing the port on an android server device, so it might require some research over permissions you might have to grant. What device is this? imzaynal 0
forcing to 8096. but why?
Luke 37068
Because the server is being denied access to use the port you want to use. Are you sure it's not already in use on the device?

Luke 37068
I don't believe it is a bug. I think it is just being denied access.
