nappysolo 4
When filtering the video library for HD only, I assume it must look at the width and height, but I see a lot of inconsistencies. For example, some 1280X720 are considered HD, others are not. So is it more complicated than that?
Luke 37066
Hi there, can you please go over an example that you feel is incorrect? thanks.
nappysolo 4
Well, I'm not sure what data will be helpful, but I can say that I am looking at 2 video files right now. They are both 1280X720, aspect 16:9. One shows up when I filter on HD, the other does not. I also have a couple at 1440X1080 that do not show up as HD - one is 16:9, the other is 4:3. I also have a 1280X608 at 40x19, which does not show up, but I have a 1280X674 and a 1280X550 which do. So it's hard to see where the threshold is. I am getting all this data using mediainfo. ebr 14913
Hi. Can you please show us the media info from our web app detail page (not from mediainfo itself) for one of the items you feel is not reporting properly? Thanks.
Guest asrequested
I've still got some stuff with the wrong cover art, because it's not widescreen.
nappysolo 4
Here are the specs on a film that is not listed when filtering for HD: For comparison, here is one, with similar specs, that IS listed as HD: thanks for checking.
Luke 37066
When did you add that video? Try refreshing metadata on it.
Solution nappysolo 4 Posted July 20, 2019 Author Solution Share Posted July 20, 2019 Ok, looks like refreshing the metadata fixes the problem. I'll try that with the others. Thanks.
Luke 37066
It's probably something you added prior to 4.0. Thanks for the feedback.
