Mechanical Whispers 5
So many, in fact, that I can't even upload it because it's too large. BUT, Emby appears to be working fine. I was just outputting the log for another Add-On I was having trouble with, and saw all the Emby errors in it that made it huge. I've been using Emby with Kodi for years, and haven't really done a clean install in a while. I'm just afraid of losing my settings and whatnot. But I thought I might ask for a recommendation here in the forum. Here is a snippit of the log file: https://paste.kodi.tv/gadurexidu.kodi Any help is appreciated. Angelblue05 4130
These errors can be ignored. What version is this? It seems older. Edited July 10, 2019 by Angelblue05
Mechanical Whispers 5
No problems that I can tell, other than not being able to post my log file for troubleshooting other things because it is too large. 22:07:29.085 T:3460 NOTICE: ADDON: plugin.video.emby v4.0.11a installed22:07:29.085 T:3460 NOTICE: ADDON: plugin.video.emby.movies v0.14 installed22:07:29.085 T:3460 NOTICE: ADDON: plugin.video.emby.musicvideos v0.14 installed22:07:29.085 T:3460 NOTICE: ADDON: plugin.video.emby.tvshows v0.14 installed22:07:29.085 T:3460 NOTICE: ADDON: plugin.video.embycon v1.8.13 installed 22:07:29.085 T:3460 NOTICE: ADDON: repository.emby.kodi v1.0.5 installed I just checked, and it says update available. Angelblue05 4130
Yeah, it’s all trash logging. I don’t know the reason for the change in Leia, but imo it’s a bad one. What’s happening is older settings the addon does not use anymore still exists in your saved settings.xml file. I could not find a way to completely remove older settings using the Kodi api. You can change the value assigned, but you can’t remove the entry unless you delete the line manually, delete the tile (everything resets). @@TeamB do you know how to do this? Or do I have to manually modify the file? Edited July 10, 2019 by Angelblue05
Mechanical Whispers 5
Now that you've updated, are you experiencing a problem? No problems as of yet. I haven't really used it since I updated, though. But the logs are still huge with all these old settings errors. If you find a way to get rid of them, I'm all ears. Mechanical Whispers 5
Okay. I thought I needed debugging on to post logs. But maybe not. Thanks!
