Option for "Don't Allow Deletion if ANYONE has this marked as favorite"

Here's what I want to solve:

I regularly add and remove movies from my Emby Server.   (I dont have infinite HDD space!)   However I also allow a couple of family members to access my server remotely.

I dont want to delete something from my server if one of my brothers was intending to watch something.   This would allow me to tell them "if you want to watch something, mark it as a favorite".  This way as long as I delete via Emby UI (and not file system) I wont delete something they want to watch.

Be careful, if you delete from the Emby UI, the physical media will be put in your recycle bin.

I believe the Reports plugin will allow you to see which user has marked items as favorites.

My satelite box has something similar a keep option so in case the hardrive gets full it will not delete that recording.

Was thinking about this more...

Maybe what Emby deserves is a "queue" for each user, much like you have on Netflix?   Then the option would be "don't allow deletion of any queued items".

In fact I know for me the idea of Favorites, is kind of outdated, and I'd much rather have a queue.   For me you could just rename Favorites to Queue, add a "Queue" channel, and I'd be happy.  (though I'm sure other will have strong opinions about favorites)

Don't want to derail this feature request but there is already a feature request for something like this.
