Skkittlebomb 2
Hey guys! I spent the better part of the morning "Googling" and searching the forums for a solution, but to no avail. Here is the issue. My movies all play correctly when played on the pc, or played through the network on any of my smart TV's. However, when I play on my Android App (On my Samsung S8 Phone) the wrong movie plays. This is a VERY recent issue. In the past few days as a matter of fact. I did uninstall the app and reinstall, but no fix. Not sure what to do next. Any advise would be appreciated. Cheers! **Edit** This only happens with my 3D and Regular Movie folders, not with my TV Shows Folder. I also attached my last Log File Emby Log.txt Edited May 4, 2019 by Skkittlebomb
Luke 37113
Hi, can you go over an example? What plays?
Skkittlebomb 2
Hi Luke =) When I use the Emby App (Premiere User), from any android device (I've tried 3) It plays a different movie from the "Movies Folder" than the one I select. For example, I tried to play Rampage, and it plays Spiderman, or try to play Unbreakable and it plays Glass. But it only happens with my 3D Movies, and Movies Folders. The TV Shows Folders play normally. All the said folders are on my pc/hard drive. They have always all played with no issues until yesterday. I tried to play them directly from my local host on the pc, and they play as they should. The Metadata is correct. It's very strange that it pulls the wrong movie only on my android devices... Hope I was clear enough for you.

Skkittlebomb 2
I open the app, select the folder, select the movie, press play
Solution Luke 37113 Posted May 5, 2019 Solution Share Posted May 5, 2019 Are you sure this isn't the cinema mode feature? In the past when people reported this, it was because they turned on cinema mode, then later forgot about it and thought something was wrong.
Skkittlebomb 2
Ok, wow. I uninstalled Cinema mode. Not even sure what it is. However, it fixed my issue. Thanks so much Luke! And thanks for responding on weekend too! Cheers! =)
