B3rt 8
Hi, When i select a movie from kodi and try to play it kodi gives me an error that the movie is not found and it ask if i want to remove it from the library. When i navigate to the movie directly i can start and play it. I am using last kodi and last emby plugin. When i log into the server website or use an other device and i play the same movie then it plays, only on my kodi device i cannot get movie to run anymore, some work but new ones do not. Emby does find and display them in kodi but playing them is impossible using my kodi device. Who can advise.
Angelblue05 4130
Are you using native playback mode?

Angelblue05 4130
This is a message that comes from Kodi, are you sure your path is correct? It only really matters if you are using native playback. Did your reset resynced when switching to add-on playback? Sounds like you didn’t if you are still getting that message. B3rt 8
ik restarted kodi and emby reconneted and loaded everything but i still cannot play any video. On each video i get the message video not found, remove from library. Is there any setting or manual action i have to do myself? update something etc etc? Also why does native path does not work? Where do i set this path, i only can find and option to enable it, not to set it.
Angelblue05 4130
You need to reset the local database to change mode. Open Emby for kodi > you’ll see your libraries. Scroll down, reset local database. The path is what you see in emby webclient > content > edit metadata. Kodi needs to be able to access/see it when using native mode. Otherwise use add-on playback mode whicu is capable of bypassing path issues you may have.
wanderjarra 18
Something is wrong, all my boxes stopped working with the same error after the update of the repository ... I use the Addon default, I had reset and it still does not work, the only one with the updates locked, this normal.
Angelblue05 4130
Can you post your Kodi log, I’m not sure what you are referring to? You should be able to, using the kodi logfile uploader addon. Edited April 14, 2019 by Angelblue05
Solution sualfred 677 Posted April 14, 2019 Solution Share Posted April 14, 2019 (edited) Repo issue. Should be fixed in 5 minutes. Please reinstall/update the addon again to the latest version and it should be working again. Edited April 14, 2019 by sualfred
