Darius121 0 Posted March 17, 2019 Share Posted March 17, 2019 Hi, Recently, I had to uninstall the Emby app because every time I ran it it would say "Oops something went wrong, unable to sign in" and when I clicked OK it would just spin forever until killed. Sometimes rebooting the ATV would fix it but not very often. In the end I removed the app and reinstalled it and re-entered the login credentials (which I hadn't changed) and it worked. I am surprised the ATV app doesn't give you an option to re-enter credentials when a login fails - can that be added? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

All my other devices worked except for my Apple TV. reinstall didn't fix it fo me. 30 mins later it started working. When the problem happened, I was in the middle of watching something. It just stopped out of nowhere. Then the next night, my iOS app wouldn't log in but all my other devices were fine, including my appletv. It happened longer ago than that for me, also my server & client are on the same network so an Emby infra problem shouldn't affect anything (I hope..)
