unisoft 272
Rename 'MOVIES' menu option to "A-Z" and 'Shows' under TV to "A-Z" to make it more obvious that what the option is!!! An A-Z picker. Also the Roku way to show the A-Z picker is visually nicer, maybe an option to show horizontal preview per letter or current all letters on scrolling page. Luke 37065
If you notice when the resolution is high enough, we merge the header into one row and put the tabs up at the top. When we do this, you don't see the library name in the upper left, in order to prevent overlap. For this reason, the name Movies/Shows makes sense. It helps remind you where you are when you can't see the library name.

For the A-Z bit - not entirely with you on understanding, as I only see that menu option for MOVIES or SHOWS if I am already navigated into that library. I don't see them when say in Music or Music Videos or Photos for example? Is what you are saying when at 4K res or above where it merges stuff? If so on 1080p or below would be nice to have some tweaks.

unisoft 272
This is what i mean. erm so in that example why can't Movies be "A-Z"? Sorry if I am missing something - not being deliberately stupid :-) The content underneath would be movie related in that example? You could write "Movies" or "Television" under the menu options as the library type being shown to act as a reminder?
Solution Luke 37065 Posted March 16, 2019 Solution Share Posted March 16, 2019 Because without seeing the library name, it helps to see Movies to remind you where you are. Second, if we changed it to A-Z, then when you change the sort order with the sorting controls, I expect other users will start filing bug reports that the title should be changed to match the sort order.
