Luke 37118
What Emby app are you playing with?
Thuzad 42
I tried with the webapp emby but also casting on my chromecast. I also tried with the iOS application available on the apple store. The problem occurs in a local network but also in a remote network. The problem seems to be present on some files but on most other files it works without problem. The workaround is to download the file and read it with VLC for the moment. If necessary I can put an example file available.

Luke 37118
I am just asking if you tried that. What is different about these files vs. the ones that play, do you know?
Thuzad 42
Unfortunately I can not try. I do not see much difference between what works and what does not work. I am not familiar with formats and encoding.I just see that my file is encoded in x264 like a lot, and that it is in mkv.

Thuzad 42
Ok I just found a clue.I have two files one for the language in English and one in French.I moved the file in English and read the file in French.I then delivered the file in English and reading also worked.I reproduced the problem with another series but this time the problem does not occur at first reading but when I click on resume. You want me to send you the two files (because there is also a French and English version) as well as the logs?
