jfgilliam 26
I'm on Windows 10 3.0.3 of ET. I was watching a show and it stopped in the middle and when to this screen. It will not let me click on any of the icons. It is stuck. I force killed it, downloaded it again, then launched it and it came to the same screen. Still not able to click any of the icons. Keyboard doesn't work either. What do I need to do?
Luke 37098
Sounds like you must be inadvertantly clicking back.
jfgilliam 26
Sounds like you must be inadvertantly clicking back. Well I was multitasking on my 4 monitor system. ET was playing while full screen on one of them. It may have stole a keystroke, but I was in desktop mode. But now, how to I recover. It would not let me click any of those icons. I killed it, did a no trace uninstall, reinstalled and now it will not even come up, I can see it in the task manager, but not visible. I also see a process called AppCent. Guest asrequested
Kill all electron processes and try again
jfgilliam 26
Kill all electron processes and try again .. Did that and even rebooted. Nothing. I do see a window open and close quickly on my main monitor. If it is open off screen, how to I move it. My normal trick of clicking Alt-Space, M is not working. Maybe that's because I don't even see it in the task bar either. Only in the task manager.

Luke 37098
Theater doesn't have much of a log but this really sounds like inadvertent button presses. That's about all i can think of here.
