Medinanet 0
OK, I have an Asustor AS6210T with 16gb ram and 24tb at 50% use in a RAID 6 config. I am using the latest versions of Asustor and Emby installs. I also have 500gb of SSD flash for cache. How do I keep Emby server from going to sleep? When I connect remotely it just spins. When I check the process it says "sleeping" The only way I can connect is to turn off in app central and turn back on. It works for a little while and goes back to sleep. Luke 37099
Can you configure it in asustor to not do that?
Dariusz 15
No Just Emby Server I just checked my asustor server and I do not see anything that allows apps to go to sleep.. i would suggest you go to to your asustor desktop then go to settings-hardware-energy control and make sure your disks are set to "never" in hibernate section and sleep mode section is set to "never" as well.. also check settings-hardware-power and make sure there is nothing in power scheduling section set to enter sleep mode Edited October 24, 2018 by Dariusz

Medinanet 0
Sorry guys, my NAS NEVER sleeps. All options are set to "NEVER". I was really hoping this would work PLEX does the same thing and has gotten so buggy lately. Every time I check the process it is "sleeping". If I stop and restart the program is changes to "running" for about 6 seconds and switches back to "sleeping" I can't find anywhere to keep this app persistent.
