As a rule of thumb - for future readers stumbling across this post, if you do have issues after an upgrade then do not uninstall, as they can almost always be resolved. Your configuration will be ok, even if Emby Server won't run for some reason. For Emby Premiere users, make use of the 'Backup and Restore' plugin!
