heula 189
Three days further after removing the Companion plugin and I did not have any issues anymore. The dashboard was reachable at all times. Also in Kodi no "Unable to connect to Emby" errors anymore. If this means the issue is "Companion plugin" related, what can be done to solve this issue? Thanks
heula 189
To see if this really is Companion plugin related I'm going to install the plugin again now. These are the server log and Kodi log with the Companion plugin uninstalled. @@solabc16 * Upload completed successfully, please include this filename with your ticket... sendlogs_Heula-NAS_synology_rtd1296_ds418_20181017T165727UTC.tgz The "Remove old sync data" task is standard set to every 4 hours. Luke 37118
He may not be familiar with the plugin so best thing to do is just try it and report your experience. Thanks.

No, but maybe he wants the logs to see how it goes with the search for an ipv6 adress when that is turned off. That was also the case according to James. From a package perspective, everything looks good and appears to be operating normally. Best - James Edited October 26, 2018 by solabc16
