sualfred 677
@@Luke Just a small minor issue: I configured my server to store the last played value to the .nfo for my personal user account. But the file is also going to be touched without any changes if one of my users watched a episode for example. This results in a changed modification date of the file and my SnapRAID is recognizing it as changed file and will processes it on a paritiy sync. Edit: And I also noticed that the path replacement setting for the NFO is not respected. <art> <poster>/sharedfolders/share/filme/Sicario (2015)/poster.jpg</poster> <fanart>/sharedfolders/share/filme/Sicario (2015)/fanart.jpg</fanart> </art> But shouldn't it look like this? <art> <poster>\\192.168.2.250\share\filme\Sicario (2015)\poster.jpg</poster> <fanart>\\192.168.2.250\share\filme\Sicario (2015)\fanart.jpg</fanart> </art> Edited July 26, 2018 by sualfred
Luke 37180
The file will be updated anytime the library item is saved by the server. that could happen for any number of reasons, and yes, that sometimes means it will be saved without changes. Did you enable the path substitution setting under nfo settings? I think it is on by default anyway.
sualfred 677
Thanks for the explanation. And yes, path substitution is enabled but isn't honored.
