JMGQ 0
I am getting the "No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details." in Chrome. Once I click OK, the video starts to play. This only occurs for movies and not tv series. I'm no longer able to stream movies at all on Android. Logs attached.

I had referred to that link prior to posting. I thought I attached all the logs correctly. There should be a zip file attached to the original post in this thread, did it not upload? I refrained from adding a screenshot as it seems not to be a "complicated" issue. Sorry It seems that I had not clicked "attach this file" once I chose it. Please see attached logs in zip file. ffmpeg-transcode-1584543d-54ca-4702-a823-25d6eda3bf6e.zip
Luke 37113
Hi, there's a whole folder of log files here. Can you indicate which one is from the time-frame that you experienced a problem? What time did the problem occur and what were you trying to play? thanks.
JMGQ 0
I just made a new log. It happens with every movie I try to play (no series as previously mentioned). I play the file, I get a pop up, I click ok, it dismisses the pop up, the movie plays - on Chrome. When I try to play a movie from the android app, nothing happens and there's no pop up to dismiss. ffmpeg-transcode-530d5c88-0694-43d4-8dc1-71dd36361ae1.txt ffmpeg-transcode-9ffe5383-4252-4d0f-88a3-dd95af9ffdfb.txt ffmpeg-remux-1554e855-b106-4b0b-af0f-89cc1565e4c4.txt
Luke 37113
See here: file:V:\Films\[Horror] - Beyond Skyline (2017) [720] [R] [voted 5.4]\trailers\trailer.mp4: No such file or directory Looks like your V: drive is unavailable. What kind of drive is that?
JMGQ 0
It isn't unavailable though. All my video, both series and films are on it. When I dismiss the popup it does play. It's an external drive. Perhaps there's some sort of weird permissions thing going on?

JMGQ 0
It doesn't go to sleep/power save mode. However, I did bit of digging around. I've noticed that in fact it only gives me the play back error pop up on .MKV files not .AVI files. I can also play .AVI files through the android app. Edited June 25, 2018 by JMGQ
Luke 37113
Nonetheless there is an I/O access problem somewhere. It could be due to file permissions (most likely). It could also be due to file corruption.
JMGQ 0
So why don't I get the pop up on .AVI files? Could the software be seeing .MKV files as corrupt then? The folder permissions are all the same.
Luke 37113
Well, I think it is probably permissions, but you may want to scan the drive for errors.
Happy2Play 8296
Does disabling "Hardware acceleration:" make a difference?Do these trailer examples play outside of Emby? JMGQ 0
I don't have that movie anymore. I just turned on hardware accel. I turned it back off and still get the popup.
