Multiple ffmpeg instances?

I just noticed that Task Manager is reporting 2 instances of ffmpeg when ever i transcode one stream....Is this normal?

 

(there also is 2 Electron instances that are always there when sever is running)

Well...i wasn't thinking in reporting is as problem...just asking if this is normal or not?

 

But here are the logs.  It creates 2 transcode logs at the same time.

Um...ok...well that is good to know...

 

Some more info.  I noticed it is doing it when transcoding from a Web Browser.  Does not do it when using Emby Win 10 app does a transcode.

I updated System to "3.2.70.14-beta". Looks like this multiple ffmpeg issues is not present.
