cappa.dot 1
Can anyone help. I have recently purchased a 3900EU Roku to access my server on my DS416Play. Everything seems to be working except the poster art on the movie/tv profiles constantly flashes as if it keep refreshing. I'll hopefully include a video attached. ebr 14913
Hi. Can you tell me how big these images are? cappa.dot 1
The resolution is set to 1080p which is correct and the images are what Emby downloads itself. Usually 1080p but some are 2160p.

ruslanb1 0
Hi, I have the same issue with my Roku3 and my parents Roku TV. I think I started seeing it over 3 month ago. My Roku resolution set to 1080 and all images are downloaded by Emby. Please keep me in the loop for the fix. Thank you, Ruslan
thatoneguy 0
Same issue here as well on Roku, except mine is way worse than the example video. jeflatt 6
I've installed .59 also, and it has stopped the constant flickering. Not to sound ungrateful, or disappointed, but I will state an observation. When the artwork changes from one picture to another, there is a flicker. It just happens the one time during transition though, but every image (backdrop, chapter scenes, actor images) flickers during this transition. So it is stable once it completes its transition, but it seems to "struggle" with a transition and refreshes every image on the screen through an awkward cycle.
ebr 14913
When the artwork changes from one picture to another, Exactly what are you talking about here and where? Thanks.
jeflatt 6
I'm referring to the backdrop images; the wallpaper that is in the background of the movie information screen. (You'll forgive my non-technical descriptions, I'm a mechanical engineer not software ) I don't see any flickering when I'm in the main menu, only when I am looking at the screen for a particular movie. There are typically 4 backdrop images for a given movie, and these images are changed at regular intervals.

I'm afraid some of these Roku devices simply cannot handle large amounts of large images.
JXL2112 7
I have a Roku SE and I get the artwork flickering with both the stable release .54 and the beta .64, the audio plays fine but the Roku will eventually lockup and become unresponsive. The PLEX app works fine though so I don't think it's the Roku itself. I'll upload a log file shortly.
