PremiumRed 53
Hi, I am using kodi 17.3 clean installation and the stable version of emby for kodi. I have about 13,000 movies and about 1700 full series... When it gets to about 6% of the initial sync, i get a disc full message on the Fire TV and I see that the data size in Kodi app goes to 4GB... is this normal? I am using this as an alternative as I have about 45 android tv 4.4 boxes and can't install emby for android tv on it. Any ideas on a work around as the db file is obviously becoming too big. Angelblue05 4130
Wow. I'd say, first adjust your advancedsettings to reduce the cached resolution of your artwork. http://kodi.wiki/view/Advancedsettings.xml#imageres But you might not be able to get over this issue... you could move your artwork cache folder to another location on your network. I'm not an expert on this, you might need to ask on the official forums for this one. Check the android section: http://kodi.wiki/view/Path_substitution#Moving_the_userdata_folder_on_Android Otherwise, you could try Embycon - it uses a different approach to accessing your content in Emby. It doesn't involve importing anything, therefore might be better since you have little storage.
