Starlionblue 80
Hi. In the past week I've been having some problems with the Windows shortcut for Emby Theater in the taskbar. I use the "Run on Startup" option in Emby but also "Win+1" as a macro from my Harmony remote, with the Emby shortcut in the leftmost Taskbar position. The shortcut was dragged and dropped from the Start Menu (C:\Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs). Lately I've had two sporadic issues: - When starting Emby Theater, a new Taskbar icon with Emby has shown up. This is fine as it goes but if, for example, I try to move that shortcut it changes to an "Electron" icon and clicking it no longer starts Emby Theater, but an Electron window. - The Emby Theater Window has sometimes been starting non-maximized. I have gone into the shortcut in C:\Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs and set the "Maximized" switch, but it doesn't always work. Needless to say, these issues have not impressed my kids, who only get the remote to control Emby Theater. Request: Please include a "maximized" option in the Emby Theater settings, so I can ensure it always starts maximized.
Luke 37099
Hi, the shortcut is a known issue for now. But as for not starting maximized, the app will remember window state. Just close the app while it is fullscreen and the next time you run it will launch maximized.
Starlionblue 80
Thanks Luke. It does indeed remember the window state. However sometimes it has still started "normal" sized even if I closed it maximized. My guess is this may be related to an update or something, but not sure. Thanks for your continued support.
