Try creating a user and NOT adding Emby Connect. Let us know how this works. If you get an error let us know the exact screen this happens on. When done this way the creating of the user is one step. Then setting a password is another step. We want to know what step the error happens on. Also make sure you don't already have this user setup in your system.
