Connection Failure

Hi Guys


I am trying to connect remotely but get connection failure


Firewall is switched off and CanYouSeeMe.org says Error: I could not see your service on 8*.**.***.* on port (8096)


Any ideas?

Thank you. Got it sorted. It was the port forwarding which was the problem. I had to make sure the WAN Type matched the WAN interface when setting it up.
