The sync process runs in a different context from the normal UI, so yea I think there might be some work we need to do there to make sure it is accepting all ssl certs.

So you guys are charging users for a feature that is not working properly. Nice job!

This only occurs in certain situations, meaning self-signed cert that the device will not accept by default. While I apologize for the issue, the attitude is not appreciated. We are working very hard and like all software, sometimes issues occur, it's just reality.

You know what, I really don't care if this is appreciated or not. I am a paying customer, and the stuff I'm paying for is not working the way it should. I could also just stop helping you with finding bugs and paying you and treat you like I would treat any professional company: just stop buying your product and spread the word that your software is buggy. That's reality.
