Nuk3na 2
Hey guys, I updated the server earlier on and since then the emby server has been crashing and causing the server to run really slow. Has anyone else had this issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated Server Log attached Regards 1.txt
Luke 37067
How do you define crash? I would try updating to mono 4.2.3.4 or mono 4.4.1. Other things you can try are disabling the library realtime monitor under library -> advanced
Guest plexman
I have the same issue running under ubuntu 16.04. The server randomly crashed, i've deactivated the library monitoring and i'll see what happens, tomorrow I can post the log but now i can't from my phone. The definition of the crash is that systemctl says that the process failed. Next time it fails I'll attach a screenshot of the systemctl status failed of the emby-server process. Nuk3na 2
Does anyone know the way to upgrade Mono properly as mono-complete keeps it at the same version number after doing sudo apt-get update after adding the mono repo. sudo apt-get install mono-complete did not upgrade the version for some reason. I define crash as the process completely stops running Edited July 27, 2016 by Nuk3na

Nuk3na 2
Same here, I need it too. The only upgraded versions might be unstable so im just wondering where Luke got the version numbers from and if he has a way to upgrade this mono version for us. Luke 37067
Please see two further logs for this issue from yesterday and today. 2.txt3.txt Is there an issue to report? There was a playback issue with live tv but the log looks clean aside from that.
