FordGT90Concept 61
I wanted to play games with Emby Theater running at the same time. The problem is that Xbox 360 controller inputs intended for the game are also being executed by Emby Theater. I would like an option in settings to ignore controller inputs so that it is mouse/keyboard only. Edited June 19, 2016 by FordGT90Concept
stplatt 3
Yep I would too. See my previous topic on this https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/34474-disable-xbox-controller/?hl=%2Bxbox+%2Bcontroller
FordGT90Concept 61
This is still an issue. Related: Media keys on keyboard (e.g. play/pause buttons) do not work in Emby Theater for Windows. So Xbox 360 controller works when you don't want it to and media keys don't work when you do want them to.
Luke 37118
If you mean the windows desktop app, media keys work just fine.
FordGT90Concept 61
Clarification: they work when Emby Home Theater has focus but they don't work when it does not. When playing a game, I like to hit that pause/play button to stop what is playing should I have to walk away from the computer or take a phone call but, because the game has focus, not Emby Home Theater, it ignores the button. The issue with Xbox 360 is opposite: instead of only working when it has focus, it works all of them time meaning the game and Emby Home Theater are both processing the Xbox 360 controller's inputs.
