Live TV "No tuner Available"

So here is a new one for me.  I did a fresh install on my parents HTPC.  Everything is working great except for Livetv.  They have 2 HDHomerun Duals and all the server wmc settings seem fine to me... they match my setup except for the differences on the folder tab.  Emby can see and play recordings just fine but any time I try to watch live tv it errors out and says no tuners are available.  Any help would be appreciated.  I honestly had no issue setting up my system with a homerun prime and a ceton 6.

So it appears to be an issue with the video api on the hd homerun.

Figured it out, tuner doesn't support DLNA streaming.  Once I turned DLNA off it started working.  Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
