epayson85 72
So here is a new one for me. I did a fresh install on my parents HTPC. Everything is working great except for Livetv. They have 2 HDHomerun Duals and all the server wmc settings seem fine to me... they match my setup except for the differences on the folder tab. Emby can see and play recordings just fine but any time I try to watch live tv it errors out and says no tuners are available. Any help would be appreciated. I honestly had no issue setting up my system with a homerun prime and a ceton 6. the serverwmc log is as follows - 2016/04/17 00:23:36.392 Received client request: MediaBrowser^@PAYSONHTPC@|::1|GetTranscodeProfiles|2762495 2016/04/17 00:23:36.392 Finished request GetTranscodeProfiles in 0.00s 2016/04/17 00:23:37.738 Received client request: MediaBrowser^@PAYSONHTPC@5|::1|OpenLiveStream|2762495|IncludeStreamInfo| 2016/04/17 00:23:37.738 OpenLiveStream> -----------------start------------------------ 2016/04/17 00:23:37.738 OpenLiveStream> transcode profile will be set to: none 2016/04/17 00:23:37.738 OpenLiveStream> client: Emby^PAYSONHTPC requesting live stream on channel WCSH-DT/6.1 2016/04/17 00:23:37.739 LiveDlnaStream> live-tv dlna started 2016/04/17 00:23:37.761 LiveDlnaStream> DLNA device: 192.168.50.4 / 10376329, has a tuner available, stopping search 2016/04/17 00:23:37.761 LiveDlnaStream> DLNA address set: http://192.168.50.4:5004/auto/v6.1 2016/04/17 00:23:37.761 LiveDlnaStream> total time: 0.02 sec 2016/04/17 00:23:37.761 OpenLiveStream> stream path returned to client: http://192.168.50.4:5004/auto/v6.1 2016/04/17 00:23:37.761 OpenLiveStream> -----------------done------------------------- 2016/04/17 00:23:37.763 Finished request OpenLiveStream in 0.03s 2016/04/17 00:23:45.219 Received client request: MediaBrowser^@PAYSONHTPC@|::1|GetTranscodeProfiles|2762495 2016/04/17 00:23:45.219 Finished request GetTranscodeProfiles in 0.00s 2016/04/17 00:23:45.223 Received client request: MediaBrowser^@PAYSONHTPC@5|::1|CloseLiveStream 2016/04/17 00:23:45.223 CloseStream> -----------------start------------------------ 2016/04/17 00:23:45.223 LiveDlnaStream::Close> client closed dlna stream: {0} 2016/04/17 00:23:45.223 LiveDlnaStream::Close> closed in 0.00 sec 2016/04/17 00:23:45.223 Close> closed stream for client: Emby^PAYSONHTPC^5 2016/04/17 00:23:45.223 CloseStream> -----------------done------------------------- 2016/04/17 00:23:45.224 Finished request CloseLiveStream in 0.00s The EMBY log is as follows - Luke 37066
the transcoder is reporting this: http://192.168.50.4:5004/auto/v6.1:Unknown error So it appears to be an issue with the video api on the hd homerun.
epayson85 72
maybe update hd homerun drivers / firmware?
epayson85 72
Figured it out, tuner doesn't support DLNA streaming. Once I turned DLNA off it started working. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
