karldonteljames 3
Good evening, Since removing and reinstalling emby, then re-indexing my entire library on my machine I'm getting a strange "loop back" link appear. e.g. under the title "pending movies" emby seems to have created a link to the folder "pending movies" I've checked the folder structure and no physical link is present. Any idea why this has done this at all? This has done the same thing on a couple of different folders. Any help would be appreciated.
ebr 14925
You are absolutely sure you didn't add the folder twice in the library definition or something? Also, does it only show up in the recent list or also when you enter the actual library?
karldonteljames 3
100% sure i didnt add the folder twice, (i double checked) it only shows up in the recent items, not the library.
ebr 14925
Really sounds like a shortcut or link buried somewhere in the file structure that is pointing back to the top...
karldonteljames 3
I ended up removing and reinstalling emby as this morning a folder from the adult collection appeared in the childrens movies, luckily, just the text of the movie appeared, with no images / access to the movie, and this also sorted out the issue of the blank icons. Thanks for your help.
