Walter 10
If I play any file with lower than 1080p resolution with MadVR the aspect ratio of the video is wrong (stretched). If I go out of fullscreen to windowed and back in again the video aspect ratio fixes itself. If I try and use EVR+ the image is pixelated. I have tried all than I can think of too troubleshoot this problem. It occurs in both the new and old Emby Theater. The regular EVR works just fine in the old Emby Theater. These files work fine in MPC-HC with MadVR and without. Please help if you can. I am a supporter. I can upload a clip if you need. theater-63592424946.txt
Erik 120
I have the same problem here and found changing out of fullscreen and back fixes it. Also as in the post this didn't occur with MadVR .87 so something changed. http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/31393-black-borders-madvr-0903-ok-on-087/&do=findComment&comment=301375
njoak 23
I have similar trouble with live TV SD channels (both streamed and recorded) being squashed into 4:3 but fixed by changing out of fullscreen and back. Also didn't happen with earlier madVR versions. Others have reported this as well. Thought it is probably related to the above, but interestingly I don't have a problem with 720p content. Walter 10
I just tested and you are correct. I don't have any issues with 720p content. Just the other lower resolutions (DVD resolutions).
Walter 10
It might have to do with this option in LAV Filters but the option won't stick when you set it. It always resets in when you launch ET. Edit: Might also be related to this setting in MadVR. But no matter what I select nothing changes.
