Guide is blank - I see "Schedules Direct doesnt have data for channel" in the server log

I am using Emby 3.0.5783.0 and have an HDHomeRun Extend.  I currently use serverwmc but am trying to cut the cord on wmc and move over the Emby's native DVR.

So I setup SchedulesDirect to pull in json lineups, and I can't seem to get any data to be pulled in.  My lineup consists of QAM channels on my HDHomeRun Extend.  I've been emailing with SchedulesDirect support... is that the right path here or is there anything that needs to happen on Emby's side?

Here's what I see in the Emby logs:

In speaking with SchedulesDirect support, it sounds like SchedulesDirect has all the necessary information, but Emby isn't consuming all of it.  e.g. I have QAM channels in my lineup as you can see above (e.g. channel #3.1, 6.1, etc), yet Emby doesn't recognize them tied to their "actual" channel number (e.g. 503, 510, etc).

Can this be enhanced to support this case?

Here is more info from Robert from SchedulesDirect support:

<snip - this is the "map" section of the data for your Verizon lineup>

        {
            "stationID": "45807",
            "channel": "460",
            "providerChannel": "10.2",
            "providerCallsign": "COZI-TV",
            "channelMajor": "10",
            "channelMinor": "2",
            "matchType": "providerCallsign"
        },
        {
            "stationID": "50876",
            "channel": "463",
            "providerChannel": "17.2",
            "providerCallsign": "Antenna",
            "channelMajor": "17",
            "channelMinor": "2",
            "matchType": "providerCallsign"
        },
        {
            "stationID": "35859",
            "channel": "464",
            "providerChannel": "69.2",
            "providerCallsign": "WFMZ-AW",
            "channelMajor": "69",
            "channelMinor": "2",
            "matchType": "providerCallsign"
        },

In the lineup.json you sent me, it had things like the above, and we're taking the existing data, plus your scan, and telling the application, "Channel 460 on the Verizon Set Top Box is also known as 'COZI-TV' / '69.2' when you do a channel scan". Emby isn't using that information

bump... thoughts on the enhancement idea?  more broadly, trying to get a feel for dev priorities and how much the emby tv native capability will be built out (knowing that it's in early stages right now)

I don't know, maybe the channel info that comes out of the HDHR has changed, like the names or numbers for example.

Sorry for not getting back sooner - family emergency.

Over the weekend it repopulated everything as it should have. I had made no changes. If it doesn't get a successful update does it wipe the pre-existing data?
