Feature Requests (Shut Down/Reboot PC and more)

Not sure where in the forum there is an offical "Feature Request" for Media Browser Theater.

I'll update as I think of future features.

Feature One

Option for Rebooting or Shutting Down PC

Reason for Request

Since I use my HTPC as an "appliance". Basically I want to be able to do everything from the remote control on my couch. I usually leave my PC running but if there is a reason to shut the pc down or reboot I would like to do so within MBT. Another reason is I used a program called "Instant Sheller" I make Media Browser Theater load when windows boots INSTEAD of Explorer.exe. So I have no easy way of rebooting/shutting down PC without using the keyboard "CTRL,ALT,DEL or starting explorer from task manager.

It would be nice to have Media Browser Theater as a all-in-one software to accept a wide variety of features simialr  and beyond what WMC offers.

Feature Two
Digital Cable Tuner and Recorder Ready for use in combination with any or specific Digital Tuner Cards. I was looking at these three manufactures for CableCards

Feature Three

Able to create shortcuts to programs that could be used on HTPCs for different reasons.

Feature Four

NETFLIX which is compatible with Windows 7. I tried Netflix but got a message saying its only compatible with Windows 8.1

Actually plus one on reboot and shutdown options in the interface, i never really leave the interface nor didi with xbmc and i would shutdown, reboot, sleep, right from the xbmc interface, i miss those options.

And a timed sleep option would be great as well for mbt to control like xbmc, that dictates how long before the program puts the pc to sleep. But xbmc has it so the program itself dictates when to sleep so if your watching a 3 hour movie, and never pressing anything, xbmc controlled it and would not put it to sleep.

I often set it to 30 minutes in xbmc, so if a 3 hour movie is playing xbmc knows not to enter sleep, but if nothing happens it goes to sleep after 30 minutes.  The less i have to leave the mbt  interface the better and more it feels like a standalone home theater program rather then just a pc running windows.

Edit-looks like luke has included it in the newest pictures, still have my fingers crossed about sleep control setting within mbt.

The sleep setting is available within the Windows control panel.  How would putting that in MBT be any different?  Windows is smart enough to know video is playing and doesn't kick in the screen saver or sleep.

I may have to double check with windows 7 but i could swear in xbmc a different sleep setting under  (windows xp build, switched to windows 7 last year) then xbmc internal sleep timer would trigger sleep while a movie was playing..

Even so i would still prefer all of this be able to be set in mbt, maybe you feel different but as someone who used xbmc for awhile it was nice you could set/change all those windows features inside the gui. I know were running windows here, but the less i have to go into windows and the more i can customize everything in mbt, the more it feels like a media player to me anyway.
