fc7 123 Posted December 8, 2015 Share Posted December 8, 2015 Can you give more information? Is /home/user/downloads/completed "emby" user home dir? It's not and you want emby to be able to access this dir? In any case you may need a combination of chmod and/or chown. You will find plenty of information about this commands in google. Nuk3na 2 Posted December 8, 2015 Author Share Posted December 8, 2015 Libary media is stored in /home/Nuk3na/Downloads/ and folders are within this so it needs to be recursive. I need emby to see the folders within the downloads folder so i can add them to the libary. The user emby is shown in my users on the machine am i correct in sayin emby has its own user? as there is no users folder for emby in my home dir. Please let me know.
