madjomack 0
Just recently I've noticed that my TV shows that don't have subfolders for seasons no longer work using the Roku. They work correctly using the web interface and they previously did work using the Roku. In Emby on Roku if i go to TV Library - Then Open a Show it then pops up No items to display This directory appears to be empty. I can search for the episode i want to play and it does play I just cannot navigate the tv show / seasons / episodes. I don't know which update they stopped working but it seems to be pretty recently. They all follow the normal naming of S01E01 and S01E02, S02E01 etc.
Thedoc40tt 0
Same here, I just noticed that this evening I cannot access any show that has all the seasons in one folder, while any show that has season folder works fine. Resume works for files in the problem folders. Restarted roku and emby a couple times, also rescanned the library
futrader8 3
Same issue here. This all started when I upgraded to the new beta server version. Never had this problem before and it's only happening with Roku.

econ 74
I too am seeing the same issue.
Happy2Play 8282
Can someone provide more information. Maybe a screenshot. What server version and app version, Library type, folder structure, server log when this happens? The only issue I had with one of the recent beta server updates is posted here where my library content type somehow got changed, but that still gave folder view to the Roku. speechles 1917
This is a bug with the emby server it looks like. I created a fake tv series to test this. Something in the server changed, or the endpoint the roku is using needs extra parameters now? Edited August 28, 2015 by speechles
Happy2Play 8282
Could this be a result of missing metadata?
speechles 1917
Nope. Either with metadata or without the problem remains the same. Just tested with a fake series, with a real name that fetched all relevant metadata. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
futrader8 3
Ok, so I've figured this out. Your tv shows must be organized into season folders as well now to show up on the Roku. Once I arranged my tv shows into season folders (which was a PIA) they showed on the Roku app. This is obviously a bug with the new server release because I've never had this problem until the Beta release of the sever last week. Luke 37066
Thanks. I've pushed a fix for this to both the Roku zip installation as well as the beta channel.

Thedoc40tt 0
I can confirm that the beta roku emby app is working correctly. As of right now, the main roku emby app still shows the error.
