nitz 0
I've successfully gotten Emby up and running on my Windows 7 network and can play videos on my Roku, but I'd also like to configure it so when I select "Emby" on my Roku it goes straight to the TV/Movies/etc. menu. There's no need for me to have to log in every time because there's only ever going to be one user account and settings are always going to be the same. How can I set Emby to auto-log in on Roku? Thanks.

nitz 0
Hey, thanks for your quick response. I find that I'd already set that "Remember User" selection to "Yes," however. Which leads me to think perhaps I didn't word my question very well. I'm actually trying to bypass the "Please Log In" screen entirely, which currently has the name of my server and "Guest." Is there any way to do that?
speechles 1920
That's what the option I gave above does. It splashes straight into "views" without a login screen required. You may need to uninstall previous "Mediabrowser" labelled apps to force it to respect this setting in the new "emby" client.
