pclausen 41
Is there a way to turn off the Collection Name from being displayed and have just the Collection Cover itself? Here's what it currently looks like from Media Browser Theater: I'd like to get rid of all that wasted empty space and have it look more like how regular movies are displayed, which is as follows: Notice how the screen real-estate is used much more efficiently. richardap1 10
I was just thinking about this too
berrick 28
Which version of MB theater are you running? I'm running v3.05531.26414, my collections are listed as box sets and display as you want, no cover name
pclausen 41
That's the same (latest) version that I'm running. I just installed MBT on another computer and get the exact same thing. I went ahead and upgraded MBT to the latest dev version (3.0.5551.35845), and the issue remains. Also, just to clarify, the issue only exists in the main Collections view that comes up when first starting MBT. If I go under movies and then Box Sets, I don't have the issues as seen here: Btw, I changed to the Fan View within the Cover Art Plug-In, but it didn't fix the issue from the Collections view. ebr 14939
This doesn't have anything to do with the CoverArt plug-in. It is how the client is choosing to display items. That's why I moved it over here. Just FYI.
pclausen 41
Ah ok, that explains it. It would be great if this can be made configurable at some point in the future! It would also be great if the default order of what is shown when first starting MBT was configurable. Right now, it seems to be hard coded as follows: Collections Movies Photos TV Folders I'd prefer the order to be: TV Movies Collections Photos Folders Whenever I start MBT, I always get that messed up looking Collections view, and it it a bit annoying, especially if I'm trying to demo my setup to someone. ebr 14939
The view order can be modified in My Preferences with the web client.
pclausen 41
Didn't realize that propagated to the MBT client. I'm all set now. Thanks!
Getumzz 13
i got the same issue with the collection tab with a name on each collection. Would be nice to have the names removed cause i really like the idea to have a tab on the main page and not have to the one in Movies.
