Here is an image of Music Genre going via EHS in MBC (v3.0.249.0). I use the legacy folder browsing and grouped by artist options. MBC and MBS logs attached. MBS is on v3.0.5499.25910. Here is an image of what I see in the web client. This is what I see in MBT...
