mbc0 63
Hi, I have a problem that I raised quite some time ago where my home made video's were being linked as multi-part... for example Australia Holiday Day 1 Australia Holiday Day 2 Australia Holiday Day 3 etc etc obviously I do not want them to be identified as multi-part video's At the time Luke recommended adding them as music videos which certainly did resolve the problem at the time but now music videos are recognized in mb all of my music videos are jumbled up with all my home videos and motorsport (WRC Day 1, WRC Day 2 etc) since a lot of time has moved on since I first requested this and my library is looking such a mess can I ask again please for a media section for home made videos that will not be autodetected as multipart or a naming convention I can use that will cause the autodetection to ignore them? I think a new section is the only way to go as I do not want to see all my home videos and motorsport archives (I have Terrabytes of it) in with all my music videos... Many thanks
ebr 14929
Have you tried "Day One"?
mbc0 63
I have but I still get problems, also they are not listed in order which plays havoc with my OCD :-D Day Four/Five are listed before One, Two, Three etc.... I am not going to pretend that I know how easy this would be to do, is it even possible/easy to add a new section called home video's or something that MBS would not try and organise? Luke 37113
The next release will use kodi rules out of the box which should resolve this because a number all by itself is not enough to assume multipart

mbc0 63
The next release will use kodi rules out of the box which should resolve this because a number all by itself is not enough to assume multipart Hi luke, I updated to the next release, and removed my Motosport library and created a new library using Home Video and am getting some strange results... if you look mbs has decided to name most of these BTCC Races all the same? just called them BTCC? any ideas? Cheers

mbc0 63
I deleted all nfo & jpg and only placed the movie files for the scan, the nfo's were created by those movie filenames Here are the newly created nfo's weird??? https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/38473789/BTCC%202014%20Round%2005%20Croft%20Highlights.nfo https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/38473789/BTCC%202014%20Round%2001%20Brands%20Hatch%20Indy%20Highlights.nfo Edited November 26, 2014 by mbc0
jellowe 8
I'm getting the same thing, started about a week ago. All movies in my collection which are multipart (movie.Part1.avi, Movie.Part2.avi, etc) have various files downloaded just as mbc0 showed above, and the web interface shows each part as a separate movie. Luke 37113
it will be looked at over the course of the next release cycle. in the meantime it will require manual correction via the metadata editor
